Patricia Guerrero

Patricia Guerrero consultant

Patricia has worked with children and parents for 20 years. Patricia worked in Sure Start Centres with both neurotypical and children with additional needs. After having her children, she obtained a Master's degree(MA) in Behaviour Analytic Psychology from the University of Reno, Nevada(UNR) USA,  whilst working with children with autism and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has developed early interventions and programmes (having received training in the UK Early Years Curriculum) as well as acceptance and commitment therapy ACT-based interventions for children and their parents. Patricia also holds a Master's Degree in social psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science LSE gained in 2002.

Ana Marta Huffstot

Ana Marta Huffstot

Ana Marta has been supporting  children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in both special and mainstream settings, since 2014. In the past 7 years, Ana Marta has worked collaboratively with many experienced BCBAs in a wide variety of ABA programmes in home and school programmes in both mainstream and ABA schools.  Ana Marta founded "Colourful Senses" in 2017, an art club for children with ASD. A commissioned artist, Ana Marta is studying to be a qualified Art and Design Teacher. Ana Marta has been a room lead at Focus Surrey since September 2017 where she established and designed the art curriculum, each term accrediting children with the Arts Award and supporting them to develop their fine motor, creative, communication and play skills through art.

Karolina Gburczyk

Karolina Gburczyk consultant

Karolina holds a Masters Degree in psychology from Poland, which she gained in 2003. In 2009, she was awarded a Diploma in Play Therapy. She has worked on numerous home ABA programmes and has supported clients in mainstream schools and nurseries.  Karolina received her BCBA accreditation in 2017, studying at the Florida Institute of Technology. As a keen yoga enthusiast, Karolina is also qualified to teach yoga to children with special needs and is keen to promote wellbeing of the mind as well as the body.

Tracey
Tibbals

Tracey Tibbals consultant

Tracey has around 25 years of experience working with children with autism and related language delays. Whilst at university, she worked as a tutor on a home programme for a young boy. After tutoring on two further ABA programmes, Tracey joined Rainbow School, an ABA school in London, working her way up to senior supervisor/consultant. Tracey has worked with children with a range of different needs and abilities including ASD, ADHD, emotional and behavioural difficulties and Global Developmental Delay.  She has a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Bangor University and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
